数控技术是先进制造技术的重要核心之一,关系到。数控机床是一个复杂的机械,其结合面的动态特性将很大程度上影响机床的精度。因此,对数控机床结合面的研究具有很大的现实意义和价值。
本文就数控机床滑动导轨结合面进行分析,设计测试其动态特性的实验装置。
首先确立了将结合面简化为一个单自由度系统进行测量的测试原理。根据测试原理与方案,将装置设计分为:驱动系统设计、同步系统设计、施力装置设计及安装平台设计。并对关键部件进行计算、校核,同时对重要部件进行基于ANASYS的动态特性结构优化设计。

Title
Study on Testing technology of Machine Tools Sliding
Joint Surface Parametres
Abstract
Numerical control technology is one of most important advanced manufacturing technology, it relates to national strategic position and the level prehensive national strength. CNC machine tools is plex machine, bine the dynamic characteristics of surface will greatly influence the accuracy of machine tools. Therefore,it’s great practical significance and value to research the joint surface C machine tools .
In this paper, CNC machine tool slide guide surface for analysis is I design the experimental installation to test the dynamic characteristics. Fistly, it establishes the joint surface which is reduced to a single degree of freedom measurement system for testing , the testing principles and program are designed into the device: drive system designing, synchronization system designing, force equipment designing and installation of platform designing. Finally, Calculate, check the key parts, and the same time to optimize the ponents of the dynamic characteristics of structures based on ANASYS .
