摘要
如今,市面上出现了许多煤气泄露报警器,但是这些产品大都是针对煤气的泄漏所做出的声光报警,即为家庭式煤气报警器,而我们需要设计一款工业上应用的,可以在发生煤气泄漏时自动关闭阀门的控制系统。本课题设计的煤气泄漏控制系统采用了STM32微处理器作为煤气泄漏控制的核心部件,对煤气报警器进行控制。通过MQ2电化学一氧化碳气体传感器对一氧化碳等可燃气体进行检测,将所检测到的浓度数值与设定的浓度阈值做差得到偏差量。通过对偏差的运算、处理得到最终的控制信号,发出相应的报警信息,同时通过电动机将阀门关闭,并用霍尔传感器检测阀门是否完全关闭,煤气浓度对应的模拟量利用A/D转换为数字量,从而实现对家庭和工业现场煤气泄漏的监测。整个系统的硬件电路设计合理,性能安全可靠。

ABSTRACT
Today, the market appeared a lot of gas leak alarms, but these products are mostly for the sound made by the gas leak alarm and is family-gas alarm, and we need to design applications on an industry in automatically close the valve control system gas leak. This paper designed a gas leak control system uses a ponent STM32 microprocessor as the gas leak control, control of the gas alarm.
