Seamless Steel Tubes and Pipes for High Pressure Boilers
1 Scope
This standard specifies the dimension, shape, technical requirements, test method,
inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of seamless steel tubes and
pipes for high pressure boilers.
The standard is applicable for the manufacture of quality carbon structural steel, alloy
structural steel and stainless & refractory steel for high pressure and higher pressure
steam boiler and pipes.
2 Normative References
The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text,
constitute provisions of GB5310 1995. At the time of publication, all editions indicated
were valid. As all standards are subject to revision, and the parties to agreements based
on GB5310 1995 are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent
