平面直边包边工艺的有限元分析
摘要
随着我国汽车产业的大力发展,车身包边技术的研究应用也越
来越显示出其重要意义。然而,国内学者开展的与包边相关的研究
非常有限,多数都局限于具体的工艺应用。包边工艺按照包边线和
包边面的不同分为平面直边包边、平面曲边包边、曲面直边包边以
及曲面曲边包边等,其中平面直边包边最为常见。
本文利用 DEFORM-2D 软件,对深冲用钢板(AKDQ 板料)的
翻边和平面直边包边工艺进行了有限元模拟,分析了翻边成形过程
中翻边凹模圆角、翻边冲头圆角、凹模与冲头间隙等工艺参数对翻
边成形载荷等的影响,以及包边过程中,翻边凹模圆角、预包边进
给量、预包边进给路径等工艺参数对预包边回弹后的翻边角度、预
包边冲头载荷以及包边卷入等的影响,总结出的部分成形规律与相
关文献试验总结的规律相符,同时又有新的发现,为包边工艺优化
提供了基础。

ANALYSIS OF FLAT SURFACE-STRAIGHT EDGE
HEMMING USING FEM
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of auto industry in China,hemming
technologies e more and more important to the manufacturers. While
related researches applied by mainland scholors are very limited and most of
them are focused on specifiic applications in production.
According to different edges and surfaces used in hemming
process,hemming processes are specified to four categories,such as flat
surface-straight edge hemming, flat surface-curved edge hemming,curved
surface-straight edge hemming and curved surface-curved edge hemming.
While flat surface-straight edge hemming is the most widely used hemming
process.
In this paper, a study on sheet metal flanging and hemming processes
was carried out using mercial finite element program DEFORM.
Analysises are mainly about the influence of technical parameters (such as
flanging die radius, flanging punch radius and punch-die clearance etc. in

flanging stage and the pre-hemming stroks,pre-hemming directions etc. in
hemming stage) on flange angle after springback , punch loads ,creep or
maximum effective strain etc, providing references for father study on
techniques optimization for hemming process.
