Abstract
Transportation is the life line of the the top—ranking transportation system is the basic condition to accelerate the permanent development of economy and is not only an important actor to buildup the urban petitive power,but"also the actual ensure to improve the living quality of urban resident.
Urban transportation, which is involved in the economy,
environment and living quality of a city,is an outstanding question within the whole the traffic problem can not only strengthen the
continuable development ability and promote the urban economy,but effectively ameliorate the urban environment and improve the living
quality.
At present,the integrated and effective city transportation system has been setup in foreign countries,such as intelligent transportation system,the smooth—coupling between different transportation mode and SO the reform and open in China,however,there are many hidden—troubles of transportation though the urbanization level has been improved instance,the city has been constructing more high-ways,but the increase of vehicles is much more than mileage,SO
that the traffic is aswarm and crowded,the living quality of citizens is
depressed and the urban economy is blocked.
So the research of humanistic city transportation es a necessary and pressing brief,the humanistic city transportation requires: guiding the layout, management, education of city transportation and the design of transport establishment with the humanism principle and getting rid of the mistake of“vehicle first”SO as to construct fort and pleasant living condition and accelerate the
