摘要目的在骨科临床实习中实践PBL教学,与传统教学的教学效果进行比较,思考其优越性、存在的问题及现实意义。方法将内蒙古医学院2002级临床专业骨科方向班38名学生随机分成两组作为研究对象,在骨科临床实习中分别施以PBL教学和传统教学,通过问卷调查和综合考核对两者的教学效果进行分析。结果 PBL教学的实验组考试成绩高于传统教学的对照组(P < ) ,差异有显著性。结论依据当前医学教学的自身资源状况,在骨科临床实习阶段尝试性开展PBL教学,具有激发学习主动性等现实意义。

PBL teaching in the orthopaedic clinic practice and reflection internship

Abstract:Objective:In the orthopaedic clinic practice, compared the effect of teaching practice between PBL teaching and traditional teaching, thinking its advantages,problems and realistic significance. Methods:Select The Inner Mongolia Medical College 2002 grade 38 clinical medicine students divided into two groups at random majored in orthopaedic,In the orthopaedic clinical practice respectively by PBL teaching mode and the traditional teaching questionnaire prehensive evaluation methods of clinical practice in orthopedics in stages of teaching effect PBL analysis and evaluation.
