摘要:参照本科医学教育国际标准进行八年制医学教育改革是我医学人才的重要任务。本文以西安交通大学八年制医学教育的研究与实践出发,对八年制医学培养人培养体系改革的知识结构、课程体系、教学方法改革、考评体系优化等方面要求进行了分析,并总结了西安交通大学近年来改革的具体取得的初步成果,丰富了我国医学人才培养体系改革的内容。

Training system construction and education reform for Eight-year Medical Education

Abstract: Reform according to Global Standards in Medical Education is an important task for high-level of eight-year medical training in China. In this paper, we discussed the reform about knowledge structure, curriculum system, teaching methods and evaluation system optimization based on research and practice of our eighth year medical education at Xi’an Jiaotong University.

世界医学教育联合会(World Federation for Medical Education,简称WFME)颁布了《本科医学教育国际标准》(Global Standards in Medical Education),美国中华医学基金会(China Medical Board,简称CMB)资助的国际医学教育研究所(The Institute for International Medical Education,简称IIME)制定了《全球医学教育最基本要求》(Global Minimum Essential Requirements,简称GMER), 随后我国开展了医学教育国际标准本土化研究,制定了《中国本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业(试行)》。这些医学教育标准施行对医学生的职业素质、终身学习能力、获取信息能力、人际沟通技能、团队协作精神、批
