随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,人力资源已成为企业的核心资源。企业要持续发展,源于企业员工的不断学习和进步。员工素质最终决定着企业的竞争优势。而员工培训作为人力资源管理的一个重要部分,是人力资源投资的主要形式,是保持员工与工作岗位匹配的关键环节。对于一个企业来说,如何开发并有效调动人力资源的潜能,如何提高培训的有效性从而获得企业与员工的双赢是一个紧迫话题。
本文结合宁波生久柜锁有限公司的具体情况,首先分析了生久公司的人力资源现状和员工队伍特点。通过对其原有培训体系的分析,结合培训的相关理论知识,从培训需求分析、培训方式、师资管理、培训效果评估等方面进行了详细论述并提出了几条具体改进措施。本文重点从转变培训观念,加强需求调查,丰富培训形式,优选培训内容,提高内部培训师的能力,建立员工档案等几个方面对公司的培训体系进行完善。只有将培训工作落到实处,才能真正增强企业的竞争力。

Abstract
As process of global economic integration accelerate, human resource has e pany's core resources. In order to gain sustainable development, Enterprise need employees’ continuous learning and progress. Quality of staffs eventually determines petitive advantage of enterprises. As an important part of human resource management, Employee training is the main form of investment and the key link to keep employees and job matching. As for an enterprise that how to develop and effective to mobilize the potential of human resources, how to improve the training effectiveness to obtain the enterprise and staff win-win is a pressing issue.
Based on the specific circumstances of pany, first analyses of pany’s human resource situation and staff characteristics. Then through the analysis of original training system, combining with the related knowledge of training, I discussed in detail from training needs analysis, training methods, teacher management and training effectiveness evaluation to improve pany’s training efficiency. This article primary from the following ways to improve the training system and improve the effectiveness of pany’s training: transitioning the conception of training, strengthening training demand survey, increasing forms of staff training, optimizing the training content, improving the ability of internal trainers, establishing archives of employees’ training. Only implement training can truly reinforce pany’petitiveness.
