摘要
随着无线通信技术日新月异的发展,LTE网络中频谱利用率低下的问题越来越引人关注。针对这一问题,本文通过介绍认知无线电频谱检测和分配技术,将认知无线电和LTE关键技术OFDM相结合,在研究了基于比例公平容量最大子载波分配算法的基础上,提出了基于降低公平性容量最大子载波分配算法。该算法针对前者系统的公平性和频谱效率存在的缺陷提出了改进,将子载波分配给信道条件最好的认知用户,同时该用户的信道参数乘上分配因子,在兼顾了各个用户接入公平的条件下,使系统频谱效率最大化。最后,将本算法与基于比例公平容量最大子载波分配算法进行MATLAB仿真,得出本算法在系统频谱效率上性能比基于比例公平容量最大子载波分配算法好的结论。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of munication technology, the problem of low spectrum utilization in work is concerned today. In order to deal with this problem, this paper introduces the technology of spectrum detection and allocation in cognitive radio, bine the cognitive radio technology and OFDM technology which is the key technology in LTE system, and proposed the largest capacity of subcarrier allocation algorithm base on reducing the fairness after studying the largest capacity of subcarrier allocation algorithm base on fair of proportional. This algorithm proposes improvements focusing on the defect in fairness and spectral efficiency. First we allocate the subcarriers to cognitive users with best channel conditions, then multiply a distribution factor to the channel parameter of the cognitive user who owns the subcarrier. In taking into account the respective user access under fair conditions, we maximum the spectral efficiency. Finally, pare and analysis the function of the two algorithm through MATLAB simulation, and found that the largest capacity of subcarrier allocation algorithm base on reducing the fairness is with better spectral efficiency than another algorithm.
