知识管理理论的研究是新经济形势下的一个重要研究领域,将知识管理理论应用于企业管理,能为企业的发展带来新的前景。
本文从知识管理的理论基础出发,概述了知识管理理论的基本知识,包括其内涵、特征和基本职能,对知识管理理论进行系统的梳理。随后介绍知识管理过程,以知识管理的五个过程即知识的获取、存储、传播和共享、学习和利用,以及知识的创新为主要内容进行详细扩展。本文重点研究了知识管理在企业管理中的运用,即构建企业知识管理系统所需的步骤和条件,从理念、组织团队、信息系统和知识流程改造等方面建设企业知识管理系统,最后分析联想集团成功实施知识管理的模式,以期对中国企业实施知识管理提供一定的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
The research of Knowledge Management theory is an important field of research under the new economic circumstances. Applications of Knowledge Management theory to business administration create new prospects for the development of business.
The text starts with the foundation theory of Knowledge Management, and provides the overview of the basics of Knowledge Management theory, including its contents, features and basic functions to anization the theory of Knowledge Management system. Then the text introduces the process of Knowledge Management, and exhaustively expounds five processes whose main contents are acquisition, storage, dissemination and sharing, learning and using, as well as innovation. This paper focuses on the application of Knowledge Management in business administration, and discusses the necessary steps and conditions about how to build a Knowledge Management system, from the building of concept, organization, information systems and knowledge process re-engineering. In the end, this paper analyses the essful model of which Lenovo Group implemented Knowledge Management to contribute to panies in the implementation of Knowledge Management.
