硫酸高铈催化合成异戊酸异戊酯的研究

摘要:利用硫酸高铈作为催化剂合成了异戊酸异戊酯,其最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量1. 0 g,醇
酸物质的量比 1. 51 1. 0,带水剂甲苯10 mL,反应时间1. 5 h,酯化率可达 95. 3% . 该催化剂易分离
回收,可重复使用.

Abstract:Isoamyi isovaierate has been synthesized by using ceric suifate as cataiyst . The optimized conditions
are as foiiows:the weight of cataiyst is 1. 0g,the moie ratio of aicohoi to acid is 1. 5 1 1. 0,the reaction time is
1. 5 h and the reagent(touiene)with water is 10 mL,and the esterification yieid is 95. 3% . The cataiyst can be
isoiated from other substances and used repeatediy .
