摘要
人类的大多数行为是通过榜样作用而****得的,个体通过观察他人行为,并且按照他们行为进行模仿,就会对该行为形成一种新的认识。所以,现代教育中也大多应用榜样教育。本文从榜样教育的定义出发,研究了国内外学者关于榜样教育的说法。然后阐述了关于榜样教育的理论支撑,并且对榜样进行了分类介绍,以及研究了国内学者对于榜样教育的模式。最后,文中提出了个人对于榜样教育现存问题的一些看法和建议。
由于文中一些建议和意见是根据理论阐述的,所以可能理解上有些偏差。但是希望对于榜样教育的研究有点借鉴意义。

前言
榜样教育,从古代一直发展到现在。被不断的完善发展着。古代有孟母三迁不仅是为了给孟子找一个好的学****环境,更加是为了给孟子找一个好的榜样学****到20世纪50年代,“雷锋”形象的诞生,在很多人心中都种上了舍己为人的种子。雷锋的榜样形象教育了一代又一代的人。在20世纪50、60年代的个人崇拜,让人们对榜样的理解完全扭曲了。到如今改革开放,偶像崇拜也进入了学生的教育中。
随着社会的发展,榜样教育也越来越要求多元化。并且呈现出越来越多的问题,现代人物质利益当前也丑化了榜样教育的意义,使榜样教育变成了一种强制手段。
