摘要:5-FU 作为抗癌药物,广泛的用于各种癌症的化疗,然而,其单独治疗疗效仍然不太
理想。双基因武装化的溶瘤腺病毒是生物治疗癌症的明星,目前, 溶瘤腺病毒
ZD55-TRAIL-IETD-Smac 与 5-FU 联合治疗癌症鲜有报道。本文通过 MTT 法细胞抑制率检
测,流式细胞术细胞凋亡检测,Western blot 杀伤性基因表达与凋亡相关蛋白检测,结果显
示 ZD55-TRAIL-IETD-Smac 与 5-FU 联合能有效抑制肺癌细胞的增长,强烈的诱导其凋亡。
并通过凋亡相关蛋白的表达, 探讨二者协同诱导细胞凋亡的机制,为能利用
ZD55-TRAIL-IETD-Smac 与 5-FU 联合治疗肺癌打下基础。

Abstract: The 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is an anticancer drug that is widely used in a variety of
cancer chemotherapy, however, its sole curative effect is still not very well. Dual gene armed
oncolytic adenovirus is the star of the biological treatment of cancer. At present,oncolytic
adenovirus ZD55-TRAIL-IETD-bined with 5-FU in the treatment of cancer has been
rarely subject by means of MTT, Flow cytometryand ,Western blot,we measured the
cell suppression ratio,
