摘要
企业竞争力评价最终目的是为了让企业知道其目前在行业中所处的地位,为企
业战略选择和战术分析提供依据,从而制定正确的市场竞争发展策略,保证企业的
生存和发展。
如何测评企业竞争力是竞争力研究中的一个专门课题。研究竞争力不仅要用经
济学和管理学的方法,而且,还要用统计学的方法把它表现出来,最后选用合适的
数学模型,对竞争力做定量的综合评价。
本文首先提出课题的研究背景、理论现状,阐明竞争力研究的意义,并给出全
文的框架。
其次,在介绍了目前的竞争力理论的基础上,分析企业竞争力的本质、内涵和
特征,引入了企业竞争力评价一般指标体系。
再次,以企业竞争力评价一般指标体系为基础,制定针对石化行业的竞争力评
价指标体系,以层次分析法(AHP)为权重确定模型,用模糊综合评价法对荆州石油
分公司竞争力做实证研究。
最后,依据评价体系,找出荆州石油分公司的劣势及发展重点,给出针对性、
操作性较强的提高荆州石油分公司竞争力的若干措施。

ABSTRACT
We evaluate the enterprise’petitiveness in order to know where the enterprise
lies in the we could provide the foundation for enterprise’s strategic choice and
tactic the enterprise could make the correct development strategy to
compete in the market, to ensure the enterprise’s survival and development.
It’s a special issue to study how to evaluate the enterprise’petitiveness. For do
that, It’s essential to adopt the economic theories and the methods of management
science,what’s more,we should express the result in the way of last,we must
choose the propriate mathematical model to make a prehensive evaluation
on petitiveness.
First, the paper stated the background of the research, the current theories,and
clarified the significance of the study petitiveness,and set the overall structure of
the paper.
Second,the paper analysed the essence,innotation,and characters of the enterprise’s
competitiveness based on the petitiveness theory, and introduced the general
index system petitiveness evaluation.
Third,the paper made out the special index system on the basis of general index
system,and calculated the proportion of all the index in the system in the way of AHP,and
adopted the prehensive evaluating model to make a Case study on
Competitiveness of Jingzhou Branch of SINOPEC Group .
Last, we can find out the weakness of pany
