题目激励理论在高校人才培养中的应用研究

摘要
21世纪,人才竞争的时代。虽然我国高等教育取得一定发展,但随着精英教育转向大众教育,大学生毕业后找不到工作的困境层出不穷,企业也面临人才短缺的现象。怎样能培养适合社会和企业真正需要的人才,怎样提高高校人才的综合能力和就业能力已经成了现在教育改革的当务之急。
本文首先从高校人才培养模式入手,解析了现在的人才培养目标、体系、过程和机制,阐述了人才培养的构成和深层内涵。并在此理论的基础上对中外高校人才培养模式进行了比较,分析了我国人才培养的现状,指出了存在的一些问题,并借鉴了国外先进的高校人才模式对我们的启示。在此分析的过程中侧重于从管理学激励理论的角度出发,指出了高校人才培养基础上学校、教师和学生三方各自存在的问题,并通过运用激励理论浅析了各自的优化对策,以此来达到促进大学生全面发展,培养更高素质人才的目的。
最后以河南科技大学四年的学习生活实例作为研究,通过自身的经历来描述了我们学校人才培养激励机制的现状,提出了自己对于存在问题的看法。唯有通过结合实践才能加深我们对理论的领悟,唯有联系自己的所见所闻才能更好的提出加强改进的措施。

Research on Application of Incentive Theory on Talent Training in Colleges
ABSTRACT
The 21st century is full petition for the higher education obtained development in china,with the elite education to mass education,college students cannot find a fit job after graduation and enterprises also faced with the talent to improve college students’ comprehensive and employment ability and develop the suitable for social and enterprise has e a pressing matter of education reform.
In this article,I will start university personnel training mode to first,analysis of the current talents training target,system,process and mechanism and describe position of personnel training and deep on the theory,I choose the Chinese and foreign university talents training mode pared,then analyzed the current situation of cultivating the talents of our country,find out some problems and advance modes of talents from the the course of this analysis,I focus on the management incentive theory to points out school,teachers and students’ problems,use of incentive theory to promote the students’ development and cultivate.
Finally I set the four years of study and life in Henan University of Science and Technology as example,use own experience to describe the current situation of incentive mechanism training in our school,then put forward my own
