赤芍中芍药苷提
取工艺的优化

摘
要: 本文提出一条从赤芍中提取芍药苷的工艺, 包括醇水溶液回流提取、液液分配、硅胶柱层析等工序, 并
对各工序的操作条件进行了优化。采用优化后的提取工艺, 可得到纯度大于 97
0% 的芍药苷产品, 总回收率超
过 87
0% 。本工艺具有产品纯度高、操作简单、成本低、回收率高、易于工业化等优点。

Process Optimization of Paeoniflorin Isolation from Paeonia veitchii Lynch

Abstract:Paeoniflorin is the major pound in Paeonia veitchii Lynch. A process was established for isolating paeon-i
florin from Paeonia veitchii Lynch, which includes extraction of Paeonia veitchii Lynch with ethano-l water solution, liquid- liquid
extraction and silica gel column operating parameters in each step were optimized. With the process opt-i
mized, paeoniflorin with a purity over 97. 0% can be prepared with the total recovery more than 87. 0% . High purity products
can be obtained with this process which is simple, low cost, high recovery and easy to scale up.
