农村小学教师继续教育问题及对策
摘要:中国是农村人口占大多数的国家,农村的教育问题受到了国家的广泛关注,而农村小学教育则是重中之重,在建设和谐社会中具有着极其重要的作用。自改革开放以来我国农村小学教育所取得了显著的成绩,但随着经济发展和社会进步,农村小学教育存在的许多问题也一步一步凸显出来,并成为制约农村发展的巨大障碍。为了贯彻落实科学发展观,强化对农村义务教育的保障责任,普及和巩固九年义务教育,就必须要加强农村小学教师队伍建设,提高农村教育质量。
