[摘要]目的评价外翻拖出式肛门外切除吻合术在女性中低位直肠癌中应用的安全性和临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院1991年10月~2001年12月56例女性中低位直肠癌患者,外翻拖出式均行肛门外切除吻合术充分游离后切断结肠,将远端肠管连同肿瘤外翻于肛门外,边切除直肠肿瘤边行结肠直肠(肛管)吻合,术后还纳入肛门内。结果无手术死亡,无吻合漏发生,肛门控便能力良好。均获随访,平均68(28~124)月,%,%。结论该法具有操作简单易行安全可靠,并发症少,对于女性中低位直肠癌患者尤为可行。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the safty and efficacy of pullthrough resection and anastomosis in the treatment of female patients with middle or low rectal study was made on 56 female patients with middle or low rectal cancer undergoing pullthrough resection and were no operative mortality and anastomotic fistula. Fecal continence was good and the 5year survival rate was %.ConclusionPullthrough resection and anastomosis may be a reliable operation modality for the treatment of female patients with middle or low rectal cancer.
