上市公司融资结构与公司绩效相关性研究分析
——以TCL集团股份有限公司为例
[摘要] 国内的融资结构和在评价公司绩效还存在着明显的不足之处,企业存在着融资偏好并且对运用公司绩效的评价指标手段还不够硬。通过查找法和分析法对TCL集团股份有限公司融资结构中的内部融资、股权融资、借款融资、债券融资进行了分析,其中TCL集团以借款融资为主导。通过选择企业绩效管理指标,对净资产收益率进行分析探讨,得出内部融资与资产负债率最相符。针对这一现象纠正上市公司对于股权融资不需要成本这一错误的看法和上市公司股权融资偏好的做法,给TCL集团的融资提供了进行融资是的建议。

Abstract:Domestic financing structure, and there are obvious inadequacies in the evaluation of corporate performance, enterprise financing preference and not hard enough on the use of pany's performance evaluation index means. Find method and analysis of TCL Corporation financing structure of internal financing, equity financing, the borrower financing, bond financing, TCL Group equity the borrower financing. By choosing the indicators of corporate performance management, ROE analyze, draw internal financing and asset-liability ratio is the most consistent. In response to this phenomenon, correct the panies do not need this erroneous view of the cost and equity financing preference of panies in the approach to the financing of the TCL Group provides financing mendations for equity financing.
