摘要:利用现代远程教育资源培养出具有较高专业水平的教师队伍、实现教师专业化发展是教育发
展的新的有效途径和方式。本文从相关概念的解析入手,分析了利用现代远程教育资源的现状,并总结了利
用现代远程教育资源促进教师专业化发展的五点对策,希望为今后的相关研究提供一些借鉴。

Abstract:Cultivating a more professional teachers' troop and realizing teacher professional development with
the resources of the modern distance education is a new effective method in educational development. Based on
this finding, the author analyses the related concepts, analyzes the status and summarize five countermeasures
about promoting teacher professional development with the resources of the modern distance education,We hope it
can provide some reference for related research.

在教师专业化日益成为世界教师教育改革与教育实践,不断积累着、扩展着、丰富着自身精神的
发展的主旋律的背景下,教师专业化发展问题在我和物质的内涵,成为我们今天的教育事业得以生存
国也受到充分关注。无论是教育研究者还是一线教和发展的基础和土壤。[
