摘要:高新技术与自动化设备在现代物流集散中心的运用,对中心设备的合理配置提出了高要求。利用物流系统仿真软件
eM-Plant,搭建了某邮政物流集散中心模型,建立仿真方案,模拟其实际运行情况,从而确定了设备的相关参数,在该集散
中心设施设备改进过程中有效地完成了设备的合理配置,提高了中心处理能力。
Abstract:With the use of high-tech and automated equipment in modern logistics distribution centers, the rational allocation of
equipment in these centers are placed into a high level. Using one logistics systematic simulation software eM-Plant, a model of
postal logistics distribution center was built, and simulation programs were established to simulate the actual operation, and to
determine the relevant parameters of the equipment. In the process of facilities and equipment improvement in this distribution center,
facility allocation was pleted, and the processing capacity of this center was greatly increased.

1. 现代物流集散中心特点
随着现代物流科技的蓬勃发展,新技术与新应用层出不穷,物流集散中心呈现出如下特点。
操作自动化:物流操作流程的机械化,无人化。扩大物流作业能力,提高生产率,减少差错。
设备标准化:增强各中心设备通用性,有利于设备管理,提高采购、维修、更新等各环节效率。
处理信息化:物流信息在收集、处理、存储和传递过程中的数字化、电子化、标准化和实时化。
管理网络化:使不同区域的物流节点不再是孤立的场站。加快信
