膜分离牛初乳中乳铁蛋白的工艺参数研究

摘要研究采用膜分离技术分离牛初乳中乳铁蛋白的工艺条件,并摸索出膜污染的解决办法。以
牛初乳为原料,采用单因素试验和二次通用旋转组合设计法优化膜分离乳铁蛋白的工艺条件,并进
行响应面分析,比较水法、碱法和水法结合碱法清洗膜的方法。结果显示:提取乳铁蛋白的最适温
度38 ℃、 MPa、pH 。 L/m2·h, g/m2·min。膜
清洗采用水洗10 min, mol/L NaOH与4% NaClO混合液清洗15 min,膜通量恢复率可以达到95%
以上。

The Membrane Separation Technology of Extracting Lactoferrin from

Abstract This study adopts the membrane separation technology of extracting lactoferrin from colostrum,
and to search solvable method of the membrane pollution. Experiment shows that with bovine colostrums
as raw material, apply a single factor and the second general rotation design for the optimization of
membrane separation process conditions of Lactoferrin, and to use response surface analysis. Compare to
cleaning membrane methods, water, alkali, bined with alkali. Results showed: The extraction
of lactoferrin in the optimum temperature is 38OC, operating pressure of MPa, pH . Under this
condition be flux L/m2·h, membrane performance was g/m2
