摘要
本文从多指标综合评价方法基本原理上出发,对指标体系的构造原则和方法以及目的做了详细论述,在这基础上对指标的无量纲化、权重系数和指标综合值的确定提出了新的方法和建议。
评价方法的改进方面:在灰色关联度综合评价中,本文考虑到评价指标的相对重要性,引入了权数,避免了仅凭借关联度系数的简单平均值来排序,使得评价结果更加准确、客观;引入了系数100,使得评价结果变为百分制,使得灰色关联度评价方法更合理、更实用。
评价方法的创新:采用“0~1”评分法,避免了指标赋权的自相矛盾;引入系数9,实现了0~1评分与九分位比例刻度的顺利转换,尽量减少了主观赋权法对指标权重的影响,提高了权数确定的客观性和可操作性,使得评价结果更加客观。
