临床护生人文关怀能力培养的效果研究

〔摘要〕目的探讨对临床护生实施人文关怀能力培养的效果。方法选取某三级甲等医院实习的本科护生 72 名,通过
带习教师的人文关怀理念潜移默化影响临床护生,并采取角色模范式、日志式、对话式等人文关怀教学方法对临床护生实施人
文关怀能力培养。结果实施前后对临床护生人文关怀能力及护理工作满意度调查差异有统计学意义( P < 0. 05) 。结论通
过对临床护生人文关怀能力的培养,增强了临床护生的关怀能力,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
