[摘要]目的:了解深圳市龙岗区儿童肠道病毒71型(EV71)抗体水平及自然感染状况,为预防控制儿童手足口病传播与流行提供依据。方法:2012年6月采集528名0~5岁儿童血清标本,采用酶联免疫法检测血清中的EV71 IgG。结果:528名儿童中EV71 IgG抗体阳性241例,%;阳性率与年龄有关,<1岁龄的儿童IgG抗体阳性率最低,各年龄组间抗体阳性率有统计学意义;不同性别间抗体水平无统计学意义。结论: 5岁以下特别<1岁龄的儿童是手足口病防控应重点关注的人群。

Seroepidemiology survey of EV71 among children in Long Gang District of Shenzhen

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate human enterovirus71 (EV71) antibody levels and nature infectious status among children in Shenzhen Longgang district so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: A total of 528 serum specimens were collected from the children ages ranged from 0~5 years old in June 2012. EV71 IgG antibody was detected using ELISA. Results: It was found that 241 sera were positive of EV71 IgG and the positive rate was %. There were significant differences of positive rate in different age groups, and no significant differences in gender. Conclusion: HFMD prevention and control is focus on the children under 5 years old especially less than 1 year old.
