摘要
    本文主要分析外因和内因对初中学生英语学习成效的影响,特别是初中生英语学的差异、个人学习努力程度的差异、硬件学习条件的差异等因素,学生在英语学习中收效表现不一。外因通过内因起作用。作为教师,关键要针对学生的成功心理状态和需要层次的现状,采取必要的名人伟人传记名言激励和英美文化熏陶措施,给予学习策略与活动策略的指导。内因起关键作用。学生则应对环境因素作具体实际的分析扬弃,扬长避短,运用四步学习法,疯狂英语学忆法,符合心理语言学规律,充分发挥学生的正向思维和创造性思维和主观能动性,最大限度发挥自身的优势,取得学习上的最大绩效。
