我国酒店地产发展存在的问题与对策

摘要:近年来,房地产的发展已经进入了融合与并行的新阶段。相关行业和地产行业不同程度的联合近几年格外彰显,其中酒店地产作为最有前沿的发展模式之一,地产资本大规模进入酒店产业,促成了地产与酒店的产业融合,形成了以“地产+酒店”形式。酒店地产作为最为前沿的发展模式之一,各大房地产开发商纷纷在全国各大城市投资酒店行业。由于金融危机的影响,市场经济环境更加复杂多变,加之国家对房地产宏观调控的力度加大,房地产发展酒店业的前景还一直存在很大争议。本文探讨了房地产开发酒店业的原因、优势,并且分析了酒店地产发展的现状,着重探究了现阶段酒店地产发展中存在的问题,并提出相应改进措施。
