基于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通建设管理模式研究

摘要
目前我国城市轨道交通建设正处于高速发展时期,城市轨道交通工程建设实施
具有投资规模大、技术难度高、专业性强、参与单位多、接口复杂等特点,给其建
设管理提出了极大挑战。然而我国城市轨道交通建设起步晚,管理经验积累不够,
需大量研究与探索,因此研究先进、适用的城市轨道交通建设管理模式显得尤为必
要。
本文以我国城市轨道交通建设管理模式为研究对象,首先从业主方投资建设管
理的角度,重新归纳总结了目前我国城市轨道交通建设管理模式的类型,对各种模
式进行了定义、分析以及比较。然后通过分析城市轨道交通建设管理的关键因素,
指出信息化是提高城市轨道交通建设管理水平的根本途径,为了实现信息技术在城
市轨道交通建设管理模式中的应用,引入虚拟建设理论,并在该理论指导下提出了
基于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通建设管理模式。接着对基于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通
建设项目管理组织进行设计,构建了城市轨道交通工程虚拟组织的架构,并对每种
城市轨道交通建设管理模式下的城市轨道交通虚拟组织进行了具体设计。最后对基
于虚拟建设的城市轨道交通项目管理信息平台进行构建,该平台以 BIM 技术、PIP
技术为关键支撑,并集成了各类管理信息系统,提出了基于 IFC 的城市轨道交通全
生命周期信息集成模型、城市轨道交通项目管理信息平台的概念模型与功能模型,
还提出了该平台下业主方的项目管理信息系统(PMIS)的整体框架。

Abstract
At present, urban rail transit construction of our country is in a period of high speed
growth. The characteristics of urban rail transit construction, such as large investment
scale, high technology, high specialization, a lot of participation unit, and a great quantity
of interface and so on, bring immense difficulty to its construction management. However,
urban rail transit construction of our country started later, the accumulation of
management experience is not sufficient, still needing more research and exploration.
Therefore, the research for suitable management mode of city urban rail transit
construction project is extremely necessary.
The thesis researches on the construction management mode of urban rail transit of
our country. First, from the viewpoint of owner investment and construction management
it divides them into four categories, and analyzes each category. Next, the key factors of
construction management of urban rail transit are researched and analyzed, and the
conclusion is that informatization is the basic approach to improve the level of
