北京协和医学院高等护理教育的历史回顾及启示

摘要
[ ] 采用文献分析法对北京协和医学院高等护理教育的建立背景、教育制度、办学方针与培养目标、课程设置以及教学
特点等进行回顾分析。指出目前我国高等护理教育存在的问题,并总结启示有:在大众化高等教育背景下,坚守人才培养质量关;
提高人文课程开设的实效性,有效培养学生良好的人文素养;安排学生早期接触临床实践,着力树立正确的职业价值观;尊重学生
实习期间的学习权利,切实保证临床实习质量。

Historical Review of and Enlightenment from Higher Nursing Education of Peking Union

Abstract: In this paper, the documentary analysis was applied for the historical review of the background, education system, school
policy and training objective of nursing education in Peking Union Medical College. Problems existed currently in higher nursing
education in China were also explored. Meanwhile, the enlightenment obtained from nursing education in Peking Union Medical
College was as follows: under the background of mass higher education, a good quality of personnel training, the practicality of
humanities curriculum, humanistic literacy of nursing students, earlier clinical practice for students, right career values, students ’
rights to learn during their practice, good quality of clinical practice could contribute to the ess
