地方高职院校旅游类人才培养的实践与研究

摘要:在对学校旅游类专业的实践教学工作特点进行分析和对实践教学工作经验进行总结提炼的基础上,提出通过深化
实践教学改革、加强实践教学管理、加强实验室和实践教学基地建设、优化实践教学队伍结构等措施来全面提高旅游类专业
人才培养质量,完善学生知识结构,提升学生专业认知水平,增强学生的社会适应能力,促进学生就业和发展。

The Practice and Research On the Talent Cultivation of Tourism Majors in
Vocational College

Abstract: According to the analysis of practical teaching features in tourism majors and the conclusion of practical teaching
experience, the author puts forward the views that we should deepen practical teaching reform and strengthen the practical teaching
management, enhance the construction of laboratories and practical teaching base, and optimize the construction of teaching staff, thus
to improve the talent cultivation quality of tourism majors, the students’ knowledge construction, and specialty recognition level and
social adaptive capacity, and to promote the employment and development of students.
