文档介绍:某保险某分公司的经营规模、经营业绩、营业利润、人力资源等等方方面面都经历了由小变大,由弱变强,由简变繁一系列变化。但变来变去始终改变不了公司发展为之根本为之重要的人力流失问题得不到良好解决,出现人才流失过频问题。人力没有得到合理化运用是目前该公司应该值得持续深入探讨的一个人力资源问题。在此本人就某保险某分公司人才流失存在的问题、流失的原因以及如何构建有效人力资源管理机制以解决人才流失的对策,给出一些个人的分析、看法和建议。即从某保险某分公司的人员招聘、培训、薪酬和薪酬管理体系中存在的一系列问题,针对这些问题存在的具体原因列出解决对策。特别是业务型员工,如人员的流入管理:招聘合适人才、培训好人才、配置合适人才、配置合理薪酬、尝试创新薪酬制度;创新内部管理:加强业务型员工的福利制度改革、企业文化的渗透式激励、注重非物质报酬管理等方面,本人就此提出了一些个人肤浅的看法和认识。希望以此能为某保险某分公司的长远发展战略之一,即在“开闸”后的某市场中做到更大更强的战略目标给予一些建设性的指导意见和建议。
