随着社会的不断发展和进步,思想政治工作要不断创新策略、载体和途径,才能跟上时代步伐,适应时代要求。注重人文关怀,是党的十七大报告对加强和改进思想政治工作提出的新要求。注重人文关怀是做好思想政治工作的前提,做好思想政治工作,才能促进企业文化建设的发展。试图通过对企业人文关怀现状的考察,探讨人文关怀趋向与企业的价值取向。注重人文关怀和心理疏导,是新形势下对加强和改进思想政治工作提出的新要求。也是企业做好思想政治工作,,努力用人文关怀和心理疏导方法加强企业思想政治工作,促进企业文化建设。研究发现人文关怀的偏离致使企业的效益低下,也致使员工的幸福指数偏低,这一切的根源在于企业人文关怀的过分缺失人文化。加强企业人文关怀是贯彻落实科学发展观的要求,既有利于推动企业的发展,又有利于促进人的全面发展。企业加强人文关怀,领导班子要真正树立“以人为本”的理念,要建立相关的制度机制,使人文关怀制度化;要建立人才培育机制,打造人才成长的平台;要培育“尊重人、理解人、关心人”的企业文化;要建设以党工团组织为主体的思想政治工作队伍,为人文关怀提供组织保障。这充分体现了思想政治工作以人为本的宗旨,为进一步加强和改善企业思想政治工作,提高思想政治工作的针对性和实效性指明了前进的方向,提供了理论依据。

ABSTRACT
