摘要
氨基酸是生物功能大分子蛋白质的基本组成单位,是构成动物营养所需蛋白质的基本物质。甘氨酸是氨基酸类中结构最简单的化合物,并且是一种重要的基本有机原料,在医药、食品、化工等行业的具有重要的作用。研究开发高效的甘氨酸提取分离工艺有重要的现实意义。本文提出研究甘氨酸在离子交换树脂上的动力学,主要研究不同条件下甘氨酸在离子交换树脂上的动力学性质,是研究提取和纯化甘氨酸新工艺技术的基础,不仅具有科学研究意义而且具有重要的实际意义。
本文应用离子交换法分别测定了甘氨酸在离子强度、pH值和温度等不同因素下在732阳离子交换树脂上的离子交换动力学曲线。研究表明,随着平衡溶液pH值增大,甘氨酸的平衡交换量先增大后减小。随着离子强度的增大,甘氨酸的平衡交换量减小,而且树脂对氨基酸的相对选择系数也减小。温度升高可以增大氨基酸在液固两相间的传质速率,并估算了相应的扩散系数。
通过以上研究,我们对甘氨酸的性质与分离提纯方法有了进一步的理解,这对我们为以后提出甘氨酸的新的生产方法打下了良好的基础。同时这也为提纯分离氨基酸打下了良好的基础,这也是研究本试验的主要目的所在。

Abstract

Glycine is structural pound in amino acids, and a kind of important anic raw materials, having important function in trades such as medicine, food, chemical industry, etc. Researching and developing high-efficient glycine has important Practical significance to draw the craft of separating. This text proposes studying glycine dynamics on the ion exchange resin, the glycine under different conditions of main research dynamics properties on the Ionic exchange technology, it is a foundation of studying drawing and purified glycine new technology, not only have scientific research meanings but also have important actual meanings.
This text employs the law of ion exchange to determine glycine in the ion intensity separately, ion exchange dynamics curve on 732 Cat ion exchange resin under different factors such as pH and temperature. The research indicated, as balanced solution pH increases, the equilibrium exchange amount of the glycine is reduced after increasing. With ion increase of intensity, equilibrium exchange amount of glycine reduce, and resin relative choice coefficient to the amino acid reduced.
