【摘要】目的对处方进行全样本点评,规范处方书写,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法运用我院处方评价系统,对2011年2~9月全样本处方进行统计点评和结果分析。结果通过对2011年435205份处方的点评,我院处方合格率呈不断上升趋势。结论处方点评实施了药师对临床的用药监控,提高了医师用药水平和处方质量,临床医师和药师仍需为处方质量继续努力。

处方是医疗活动中信息的重要载体和患者用药的医疗文书[1],具有法律、经济和技术的意义,处方的质量直接关系到医疗质量。为规范医院处方点评工作,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全,2010年2月10日卫生部印发《医院处方点评管理规范》(试行)对处方点评工作进行相关规定。我院自2007年对处方进行抽样点评,2010年按处方25%的比例抽样点评,自2011年2月进行全样本处方点评,本文对2011年处方点评结果分析如下。
1资料与方法
对我院2011年2~9月每月处方进行全样本点评,根据处方点评指标填写处方点评表,对处方各项进行统计分析。
