深圳机场海关快件监管仓库管理对策研究
摘要:随着中国经济的快速发展,国际快递业务量也高速增长,深圳机场海关快件监管仓库的货量也日益增加,旧的仓库管理模式已不能满足目前的管理要求,造成管理凌乱,进出库效率低下,仓库单位利用面积低。为此,加快海关快件监管仓库的标准化管理非常重要,本文对深圳机场海关快件监管仓库的空间布局、设施设备、仓储作业流程、员工专业素质方面进行了概述,指出其仓储管理中主要存在布局不够合理,没有实现拍位最大化,人工效率有待提高,作业流程不够完整,不能满足客户更高服务要求的问题。提出了所需的一系列改善措施,全面探讨海关快件监管仓库的管理对策,从而达到高质高效的仓储管理系统。另外通过本文的研究,希望对国内企业做好仓储管理,提高企业的效益提供参考借鉴。

Managerial Countermeasures Of Customs Express Supervision Warehouse In Shenzhen Airport
Abstract:With China’s great economic development, the volume of the international express business is increasing rapidly, as well as  the bonded shipment volume of the Customs express supervision warehouse. As a result, the old warehouse management can no more fully meet the requirement under the current circumstances.  It seems more and more important to improve the management of the Customs express supervision warehouse so as to solve problems, such as loose management, low efficiency of bonded shipment handling and space utilization deficiency, etc
. In this paper, it introduces space layout,facilities and equipment ,warehousing processes,warehouse management system of Shenzhen airport customs express supervision warehouse .Through systemic analysis,it demonstrates problems as fellows:warehouse does not achieve maximum cargo space,labor efficieney to be improved,warehousing processes are plete,and the warehouse management system function can not meet the higher customer service requests. Inaddition,domestie logistic enterprises can study the effeetive warehousing management .So as to improve theirs warehousing management.
