摘要
随着信息化技术的不断进步,企业要想赢得竞争依靠的是较强的综合实力,包括多元化的产品服务、先进的生产技术和加工装备、以及完善的信息化管理。企业在不断发展壮大的过程中,尤其在订单型企业,对物流管理的呼声尤为高涨。
企业需要生存,在不断创造价值的过程中,需要从产品的设计、制造、营销直到维护,整个产品全生命周期的各个环节降低成本,提高投资回报率;需要通过物流管理,对生产计划、实施和控制,使产品、服务及相关信息能够从策划起点到消费终点有效并高效地流通和存储,达到提高资源利用率、缩短产品上市时间、有效降低成本的巨大效益。现代物流管理是将在物流过程中发生的信息、运输、库存、搬运以及包装等物流活动综合起来的一种新型的集成式管理。
PLANT SIMULATION广泛应用于生产,物流,研究,教育,工程等等行业,主要用于优化物流系统以及业务过程中的结构、尺寸和控制策略,能够帮助用户作出可靠的决策,避免时间和成本上的浪费,优化投资,节约成本,从而加快产品上市时间,提高企业整体生产竞争力。应用PLANT SIMULATION 能够对装配工厂、配送中心等进行仿真分析,优化物流系统,提高设备设施的利用率及生产能力。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of information panies to win petition relies on a prehensive strength, including a wide range of products and services, advanced production technology and processing equipment, and information management. In the process of continuous development and expansion, especially in order enterprise, the voice of logistics management is particularly high. Companies need to survive and continue to create value process, from product design, manufacturing, and marketing until the maintenance of all aspects of the entire product lifecycle to reduce costs, improve return on investment; need logistics management, production planning, implementation and control, products, services and related information from the end of the planning point of origin to consumption is an effective and efficient flow and storage to improve resource utilization, shorten time to market, reduce the cost of the tremendous benefits. Modern Logistics Management is a new integrated management information, transportation, inventory, handling, and packaging in the logistics process, logistics activities together.
