车间布局问题是制造系统设计过程中的重要问题之一。长期的生产实践表明,设备布局的最终结果对制造系统运行过程中的物流费用、生产效率、搬运效率以及系统的实际产能等均有重大影响,车间布局设计是物流系统设计分析的重要一环,合理的设施布局设计可以提高生产效率、降低制造成本、缩短生产周期。
本课题通过调研考察,确定车间内各组成单位(工段、班组)及工作地、设备之间的相互位置关系,根据大连机车厂新厂房改进需要,针对他们的现状,结合生产线工艺顺序,运用SLP方法,对原有转向架零部件生产线布局进行物流关系分析和非物流关系分析,计算各作业单位的综合接近程度,制定位置相关图和面积相关图,从而绘制出生产线布置可行方案图,并从中评价择优,设计出更为合理高效地工厂布局方案,包括各生产区、摆放区的合理位置和面积,从而使它们成为一个有机整体,促进整个生产系统的人流、物流、信息流更加顺畅,减少人员、物料的移动成本,提高空间利用率,改善整个生产过程的整体效率,帮助制造中心降低制造成本,应对来自于市场、客户和竞争者的压力,达到管理的目的。

ABSTRACT
Workshop layout problem is one of the important issues of manufacturing system design process. Long-term production practice shows that the final results of equipment layout of manufacturing system operation process have great influence on the logistics cost, production efficiency, handling efficiency and practical capacity. Workshop layout design is a key step of logistics system design. Reasonable facilities layout design can improve the production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and shorten production cycle.
With the researches and investigations, The subject of this article ensures the mutual position of ponent units (section, the shift), working places, and equipment, combines production process, uses SLP method to analyze the logistics and non-logistics relationships on production line layout of the original bogie parts, calculated the close degree of each operating unit, formulate prehensive location-related maps and area-related plans. Thus, a reasonable and efficient one can be picked up from the factory layout schemes, which includes the position and area of manufacturing place and storage place. As a result, anic integrity can anized, which makes the flow of workforces, logistics, and information more smooth, reduces the movement cost of personnel and material, improves space utilization and the overall efficiency of the production process, and helps the manufacturing center lower manufacturing costs, and deals with the pressures of marketing, customers petit
