From the purchase cost of enterprise performance, this paper expounds the influence by establishing and perfecting the acquisition process control system, and by using the procurement and ways to promote the enterprise efficiency.

一、采购成本对企业利润的影响
任何一个企业,其生产经营的最终目的都是要获得盈利,而盈利的获得必须以一定的成本费用为代价。在工业企业的生产成本中,材料费用占有相当大的比重。举例说明如下:某公司花费总收益的50%用于采购物料,其税前纯收益是10%,即每销售100元,利润是10万元,而物料成本是50万元,其他开销占40万元。假设所有的成本费用都随着销售变动。如果这家公司想多赚1元,相当于将利润率增加10%,那么这家公司的销售量或采购成本需要增加或降低多少才可以实现?通过以下表格进行比较。
