摘要
平衡计分卡是目前世界广泛讨论和应用的前沿的绩效管理工具,其从产生到发展经历了一个漫长的过程,在企业绩效和战略管理中的应用也非常成功。作为一项全新的公司业绩评价系统,应用它的企业大都收到了良好的效果。但总体来说,平衡计分卡评价系统还需要在更广泛和较长时间的实践中加以补充和完善,有些问题仍需要探索和研究。
本文通过对平衡计分卡的核心的理论知识的阐述和对注意事项进行分析,找出当前中衡计分卡实施过程中的问题,并提出解决问题的方案,以期使企业对平衡计分卡的实际应用更加合理,并为进一步提高我提供借鉴。

Abstract
The balanced scorecard is a frontier tool that is world widely discussed and applied in performance management. Its emergence and development experienced a long process, its application in business performance and strategic management are very essful. As a pany performance evaluation system, enterprises used it mostly have received good effect. But overall, the balanced scorecard evaluation system also needs to pleted and practiced in longer and wider application, some problems still need to be explored and researched.
In order to make application of balanced scorecard more reasonable when it is used in enterprises and further strengthen Chinese enterprise performance management, this paper states the core of the balanced scorecard theory and analyzes the matters needs attention, finds out the implementation problems of the balanced scorecard in the performance management in current Chinese enterprises , and puts forward solutions to the problems at last.
