室内环境因素对支气管哮喘的影响

【摘要】支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种以嗜酸粒细胞浸润为主的慢性气道炎症性疾病,至今已成
为呼吸系统最常见的慢性疾病之一。近几十年来。哮喘的患病率在许多国家都呈现出上升趋势,无论给
个人还是社会都带来了沉重的负担。在人群的遗传阂索基本保持不变的情况下。环境因素被认为是哮
喘发病率升高的主要原因。随着社会的发展,现代人的大部分时间都是在室内度过的,因此室内环境因
。本文就近年来有关室内环境与哮喘间关系的
研究进行综述,以期为哮喘预防和控制措施的制定提供一些参考。

aroused wide attention from researchers in

studies,aboUt the
relationship between the indoor environment and asthma,were reviewed。providing some discussion of the
prevention and control
measures of asthma.

支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种以嗜酸粒细胞浸
润为主的气道慢性炎症性疾病,这种炎症使易感者

不十分清楚,大多认为是受遗传因素和环境因素的
双重影响。在人群的遗传冈素基本保持不变的情况
下,环境因素被认为是哮喘发病率不断升高的最重

是在室内度过的,因此室内环境因素在哮喘的发生
发展中可能起着更加重要的作用。本文就近年来有
关室内环境与哮喘发病关系的研究进行了综述。
