Abstract
As one of the principal causes of liver diseases,
such as chronic hepatitis B, hepatic cirrhosis
and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), hepatitis
B virus (HBV) infection has been a major health
problem worldwide. It is estimated that more
than 500 million individuals have been infected
with HBV worldwide and 1 million die of HBV
infection-associated diseases annually. HBV X
