摘要:对 2010 年广州亚运会场馆赛后利用制约因素进行分析,发现赛后利用制约因素包括
依赖政府投入、空间布局矛盾、管理体制缺陷、专业人才匮乏等,并提出了相应对策,包括拓宽
投融资渠道,多元化引入社会资本;因地制宜、分类经营,加强无形资产的开发与利用;转变和
创新经营管理体制;多渠道培养经营管理人才。

Contemplation of venue utilization after the Guangzhou Asian Games 2010

Abstract: The authors analyzed factors restricting the utilization of venues after the Guangzhou Asian Games 2010,
revealed that internal factors restricting post-game utilization include such aspects as relying on governmental input,
contradictions between space layouts, defects in management mechanisms, and the lack of professionals, and put
forward corresponding measures, namely, expand financing channels, and introduce social capital in multiple ways;
