Abstract: Based on an in-depth investigation and study, a new personnel training model named “2 principal
lines, 3 workplacements and 4 merging” has been established, which adopted the CDIO pattern. By a batch of
optimized theoretical and practical teaching link, the core post-ability of students has been trained. The dedi-
cated, responsible and factualistic work style for students could also be cultivated by the model. The teaching
result has proved that the engineering basic knowledge, individual and team work capability of students have
all been promoted apparently, and then the petitive power were enhanced correspondingly.

基于 CDIO 工程教育理念的水工专业“2 主线 3 顶岗 4
融合”人才培养模式探索

摘要:以现代工程教育思想作指导,对水利水电建筑工程专业进行教学改革和探索。在深入调研和
评价的基础上,创新了“2 主线 3 顶岗 4 融合”专业人才培养模式。通过整合、优化的理论和实践环
节,加强学生核心岗位能力锻炼。培养学生专业思想和职业道德观,培养“献身、负责、求实”的水利
精神。培养具有工程基础知识、个人能力、人际团队能力和工程系统能力较强的工程技术应用型人
才。提高学生就业率和就业质量,以提高学生社会竞争力。
