摘要
在知识经济时代,知识作为一种战略性资源得到社会各界越来越广泛的关注,如何发挥生产、学习、研究等组织在知识管理过程中的优势,实现知识协同创造与创新,推进知识共享的良性协调发展,已成为知识管理学术界研究的焦点之一。[1]。论文详细分析了Wiki技术的各种优势,并以其为基础,列举实例证明基于Wiki的知识共享与知识创造将给知识管理领域带来何种的影响。,结合知识管理中的知识转移与知识创新,首先通过对传统知识管理中的理论论述,分析传统知识共享与创新的模式与方法,对比基于Wiki的知识共享与创新机制的“新”意,体现出Wiki模式的不同,来讨论和得出预想结论中的基于当今信息时代网络对于现实的生活、商业活动、企事业单位、政府部门的知识管理的影响与信息改革。本文最后两章部分提出经过本人的经验所提出的部分可以有利于我国Wiki机制发展的方向,希望能够在我国的特殊网络体制、机制状态下,发展出新的基于商业化运作的Wiki模式,利用商业化所产生的特点,为了Wiki中国机制的创新和发展,提供有利的促进帮助。

Abstract
In knowledge economy era, knowledge, as a strategic resource, is absorbing more and more attention from the society. How to give play to the superiorities of enterprises, universities and research institutions in knowledge alliance to realize the collaborative knowledge creation and innovation and promote the healthy and coordinated development of knowledge alliance has e the focus in knowledge management circles.
