高效液相色谱法检测甘蔗中莠去津的残留量

摘要:本论文建立了高效液相色谱快速测定甘蔗中莠去津的方法。甘蔗经加速溶剂萃取仪萃取,应用高效液相色谱仪定量法检测
莠去津,建立了定量检测甘蔗中莠去津快速、准确、高灵敏度的方法。经方法学验证,该方法对莠去津最低检出限 LOD 为 mg/kg。
在 ~ μg/mL 的线性范围中,相关系数 r>,平均回收率:%~%。结论:方法灵敏度高、操作简单、定量准确、测定
浓度范围广,是甘蔗样品中莠去津含量检测的理想方法。

Determination of Atrazine in Sugar Cane by HPLC

Abstract: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of atrazine in sugar cane extracts
by ASE. This method was fast, accurate and highly sensitive. The limit of detection (LOD) for atrazine was . The linear range was

the determination of atrazine in sugar cane for its high sensitivity and high selectivity.
