摘要:目的:探讨儿科门诊教学在综合医院儿科实习教学中的作用。方法:总结病房+门诊实习组学生临床病例分析能力各项成绩并与单纯病房实习组进行比较。结果:病房+门诊实习组的学生在临床病例特点提炼总结能力、逻辑思维及表达能力等方面较单纯病房实习组明显提高。结论:门诊教学在综合医院儿科实习教学中起重要作用,可提高学生临床思维、病例特点总结等能力。

Preliminary Discussion on Effects of Pediatric Teaching in Outpatient Department for Interns in General Hospital

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of pediatric teaching in outpatient clinic for interns in general hospital. Methods A survey was carried out paring the two groups with the scores of case analysis which were divided by practice both in ward and outpatient department and only in ward. Results The ability of summarizing the clinical features, logical thinking and expression of interns in both ward and outpatient department is better than only in ward. Conclusion Pediatric teaching in outpatient department is applicable in pediatric clinical practice.

临床实习是连接医学理论与实践的纽带,是培养合格临床医生的关键环节。目前大部分医学生仍在综合医院进行实习,而综合医院的儿科出于自身发展等原因多采用发展特色专业的模式,导致各专业发展不平衡、病房病种相对单一的弊病存在,因此单纯理论授课及病房实习模式无法满足综合医院儿科临床实习要求。目前国内有少量报道证实,合理应用门诊教学可以很好的提高学生的临床、技能、思维等能力[1],但尚无门诊教学在综合医院儿科临床实习中的作用报道。我们将门诊+病房的实习模式应用于儿科临床实习阶段教学,力求使学生可以见到多种病人,增强学生快速临床思维及操作能力,
