摘要
为了全面评估社会性软件blog对知识管理发展的影响,本研究从blog的功能特征及其蕴涵的内在机制出发,探讨了blog在个人知识管理及组织知识管理中的作用,并结合系统科学与复杂科学的理论,提出了一个以员工blog作为组织知识管理系统基本构成单元的知识管理架构设计。认为这一架构可以有效地调动员工的积极性、促进知识在个人和组织之间的流动和相互转化、突破以往知识管理中人与技术互相割裂的障碍,从而有助于组织成长为一个自下而上的复杂自适应系统、一个灵活的学习型组织。
研究着重剖析了blog架构对于知识管理的难题——隐性知识管理的解决,并从实践社群和人本管理两个方面对该架构进行了分析和评价。
为了进一步论证blog对知识管理的意义及指导组织开展基于blog的知识管理实践,研究还收集了一些blog的运用案例、对其进行了简单地评述,并给出了利用blog开展知识管理实践的具体实施步骤建议。
知识管理和blog都是相对比较新的研究领域,网络中相关论述较多,但将二者结合起来进行深入研究的很少。本研究借助复杂性科学理论进行了系统地分析,为blog在组织知识管理中地应用提供了完善的理论框架体系;对这一架构的详细分析和多角度评测,对于指导组织知识管理实践也具有相当现实的意义。

Abstract
In order to fully evaluate the influence of social software blog on the development of knowledge management (KM), this paper probes into the role that blog plays in personal knowledge management(PKM) anizational KM by explaining blog’s functions and mechanism. Inspired by theories of systems science plexity science,this paper proposes a bottom-up architecture anizational KM in which the basic cell is personnel’s blog. It argues that this architecture can mobilize the enthusiasm of personnels, promote cycle and translation of knowledge between personnels anization, solve the problem of the disseverment of person and technology which is difficult for the traditional KM. Therefore, it helps anization develop into a plex self-adaptive system and a anization.
This paper stresses how the architecture solve the difficult problem of tacit knowledge management. Some analyse and evaluation of this architecture from the point of view munity of practice and humanistic management are given as well.
