概述
先天性心脏病(CHD)是小儿最常见的心脏病。是胎儿时期心脏血管发育异常而致的畸形,~%。由于严重和复杂的心血管畸形,患儿多在生后数周至数月死亡,因此复杂先天性心脏病在年长儿比婴儿期少见。
病因 Etiology
●遗传因素(内在因素) 与基因突变、染色体畸变有关

CHD result from gene mutation or chromosome aberration
●环境因素(外界因素) 与宫内病毒感染有关
Environmental factor (external factor)
CHD is mainly correlation to the intrauterine infection
