[摘要] 目的: 对比研究信息及时反馈、结果反馈与不反馈在临床导尿术教学中的应用价值。方法: 随机将泌尿外科临床实****生33人分为三组,及时反馈、结果反馈与不反馈组,各自11人,分别对三组实****生导尿术操作进行评估,并对评估结果进行及时、结果及不反馈,再次对三组实****生导尿术操作进行评估,统计学分析比较三组反馈前后的评估结果。结果: 及时反馈与结果反馈组的第二次导尿操作水平较不反馈组明显提高,具有显著的统计学差异(P < 0. 01);而及时反馈组及结果反馈组之间没有明显差异。结论: 及时开展教学评价结果信息反馈工作,能更好地提高学生分析、解决问题的能力,更能有针对性地提高临床实****生的操作技能。

Abstract Aim: Compare the application value of information timely feedback、result feedback and no feedback in clinical catheterization teaching. Methods: 33 clinical interns in department of urology were randomly divided into three groups、timely feedback、result feedback and no feedback group, each 11.
