电控高压共轨柴油机控制原理与故障诊断
摘要
为了满足日趋严格的排放法规和进一步提高柴油机的经济性和动力性的要求,电控高压共轨技术在这种背景下孕育而生。电控高压共轨柴油机作为节能环保发动机,在节能与环保意识日益增强的今天,已成为车用发动机的一种必然选型。其喷油控制与故障监控策略的研究,对提高燃油喷射控制精度、实现节能减排目标、提高发动机运行稳定性与可靠性以及优化发动机整体性能具有重要的现实意义。本文主要介绍了国外、内电控高压共轨柴油机的发展,详细分析了高压共轨的组成及工作原理,重点介绍电控高压共轨系统的故障诊断和它的检修具体步骤,最后列举了哈弗、锡柴等汽车上经常出现的故障进行了分析了解。

Abstract
To meet the increasingly stringent diesel emission regulations and to further improve the economy and power of the requirements, electronically controlled high mon rail technology in this context bred. Electronically controlled high mon rail diesel engine as an energy-saving environmental protection, energy saving and environmental protection in the growing awareness of today, has e an inevitable vehicle engine selection. Its injection control and fault monitoring policy research, to improve the fuel injection control precision, to achieve energy reduction targets, improve stability and reliability of the engine is running and optimizing the overall performance of the engine has important practical significance. This paper describes the foreign countries, electronically controlled high mon rail diesel engine within the development of a detailed analysis of position and work of high mon rail principle focuses on electronically controlled high mon rail system fault diagnosis and repair its concrete steps, the last cited Havel , Xichai other cars often failures were analyzed to understand.
